As a Letterland trainer, you'll deliver professional development in a range of formats, from online calls and in-school training to live webinars, working directly with teachers and school leaders to ensure Letterland is taught with confidence and fidelity.

What is a Letterland Trainer?
An approved Letterland Trainer delivers Letterland Training Sessions, provides follow up training and fidelity checks and attends regular update meetings as required. They report to Letterland’s Director of Training.
- Have taught phonics using an official Letterland curriculum for at least 2 years
- Hold a relevant teaching or education qualification and have at least 3 years of classroom experience
- Have the ability to deliver online and in-person training sessions where required
- Understand phonics principles, theories and research
- Be dynamic and comfortable teaching adults, as well as children
